Refunds

Due to the nature of our services, we do not offer any type of refunds once your appointment is approved and booked, unless we cannot perform the service as requested.  We are, however, happy to work with you to reschedule your session.  Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment, send your message to:  clientcare@solomonsoulservices.com should you need to reschedule.  Rescheduling must occur within 30 days of the original appointment.

In rare circumstances, we are unable to proceed with the Soul Profile Information during a Soul Realignment® session, in this case, we will refund the session price minus a small fee (3%) for the payment processor.  Same policy if the Animal Companion refuses to speak with us.  No other refunds are available.
